I hope you can help. I'm in good physical shape and exchanged my aerobics routine (1 hour 3 4 x a wk.), to dancing (to top VH1 dance music like Gaga). I usually dance a good 30 40 min. total). I've been doing this about 4 months. I also started a new job 2 months ago which is active. On my feet Nike Air Jordan Mens 9 hours, 6 days and it can get pretty active). I'm always in sneakers except for dancing. Since I have carpeting, I've been using "Isotoner" slippers. They're nice and smooth on the bottom (for turns, etc.), and a bit similar to ballet slippers perhaps?
My legs are contantly achy (but I LOVE to dance Nike Air Jordan Mens instead of exercise). I'm also worried about my knees, I don't want to damage anything. Also I just turned 50. PLEASE what could you suggest I wear for my feet? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much for your time and Nike Air Max Wholesale kind help.
Yes, I'd recommend you look at some more supportive footwear for your dancing I can imagine that your legs are achy based on the amount of time you spend on your feet in addition. I LOVE those Capezio's. I tried several stores looking for them, but can't find them. I agree that I do need better support. I purchased the closest thing I could find that would help. A pair of Nike "Free Training Air Max 2016 Blue Green Orange Fit." They're very lightweight and incredibly flexible. Although I think I would really like those Capezio's more! I just dumped $90 on the Nike's but will probably end up treating myself to a pair of the Capezios.
